We're very proud of our spa cuisine.
Our meals are delicious, beautiful and satisfying, and specifically designed to help you meet your health and fitness goals.
Our classic spa program
menu is inspired by a variety of international cuisines. You'll be
served light, multiple-coursed meals consisting of the freshest fish,
shellfish, free-range poultry, whole-grain breads and pastas, and
organic, seasonal produce, herbs and fruits. You'll be amazed that
healthy food can taste so good! We have for additional fee extensive selections of wines and beers to complement your meals.
We strive to accommodate any special nutritional needs you have; please
alert us to them when making your reservation. We can create
personalized, satisfying meals for guests dealing with challenges such
as diabetes, gluten intolerance, salt sensitivity or food allergies. We
can also create fully vegetarian or vegan meals. Though our
kitchen is not kosher at this time, we can accommodate kosher clients
in our juice fasting and raw food programs.

In our detoxing and weight loss juice fast programs
you'll drink delicious and satisfying concoctions extracted from
seasonal, raw fruits and vegetables. All the organic produce is grown
on the premises or by an affiliated organic farmer in the area. Our
health cocktails are extracted just minutes before being served stream
side or fireside, in elegant stemware, to celebrate your health. Our
homegrown wheat grass, unparalleled for the vitality it provides, is
juiced in the morning so that you may start your day with a burst of
nutrition. All our juices supply the needed elements and nutritional
components for the body's healing processes.
Our raw plant based food program
features wild or naturally grown foods. “Living foods” are prepared
without cooking, as cooking destroys much of foods' vitamins and
enzymes. Our raw food program is vegan: we do not serve meat, dairy, or
any other animal product. However, our raw food dishes are not simply
raw foods. We prepare gourmet dishes in a way that makes them easy for
the body to assimilate. The dishes are a sight to behold, and delicious
as well. Our living plant foods include young greens, sprouted nuts,
seeds and grains, cultured preparations and dehydrated foods. They will
give you radiance and positive energy, clear skin and shining hair and
eyes. You will shed excess pounds, and feel great inside and out.
