OVERNIGHT RATES
Gratuity is at your discretion and should reflect the level of service received. RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY Please read our reservations and cancellation policy carefully. Reservations cannot be honored without our guests' written consent and understanding of these policies.
Because of our small size and the way we prepare for each of our visitors cancellations impact us significantly. A last minute cancellation does not give us a chance to undo the arrangements we made for your stay and due to our remote location we cannot rebook the space. For this reasons we uphold a strict cancellation policy as follows: Every change or timely cancellation is subject to $45 processing fee per package per person. If cancellation notice (accepted via fax or e-mail only) of more then fourteen days is given, your remaining deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation for any reason ( including emergencies) less then fourteen (14) days but more then three (3) days before arrival you may reschedule , provided that the new date is within six month of your original arrival date. Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the deposit. Full payment is due at check in. . Guests are responsible for vacancies created by late cancellations and premature checkouts. Spa appointments require twenty-four (24) hours notice to change or cancel appointments otherwise we must charge the regular rate for the time booked. For cancellations of multiple appointments, packages or groups, a seven (7) day notice is required. Arriving late for scheduled appointment may deprive you of valuable treatment time. Full rate charges will apply to all missed appointments. We offer a wide variety of health promoting treatments and services, but they require advanced scheduling. We encourage you to call to make appointments at least two weeks prior to your arrival to assure availability of services. CHECK OUT TIME
Check in time is 3.00 p.m. or later. The first meal of your stay is dinner on the day of arrival, unless you make special arrangements at the time of your booking. CUSTOMS
Liquor: Available in the dining room during meals. We offer an extensive selection of wines and beers to complement any meal. Private alcoholic beverages are not allowed in our public rooms. Attire: Casual attire prevails. The focus here is on relaxation and pleasure. Bring swim suits, warm up suits, athletic and hiking shoes and warm sweaters for any season. Leave your work and phone at home! Dining: We offer a fixed menu of elegant, multi-course, health conscious meals using organically and locally raised ingredients. You can expect to be served the freshest fish or shellfish, free range poultry, whole-grain breads and pastas with seasonal produce, herbs and fruits. Meals are served at private tables in our beautiful dining room or on the streamside veranda. If you have food allergies, dislikes or are on special diets, please bring this to our attention while making your reservation, so we can accommodate you. Children:We are primarily an adult oriented resort and you are responsible for your child at all times, respecting the tranquility and ambiance that makes the Copperhood Inn & Spa a unique destination. The minimum age is 13. General Environment:We strive to maintain a chemical and pesticide free environment. Please help us by leaving outdoor shoes in the mud room, keeping screen doors closed (to keep out flies, moths, and mosquitoes), and refraining from smoking and using heavy personal scents in common areas. NOTE: Spa Cancellations require twenty-four (24) hour notice to change or cancel the appointment; otherwise we must charge the regular rate for the time booked. For group reservations and multiple spa booking we require seven day notice otherwise we will charge you 50% of the service fee. We encourage you to call at least two weeks prior to your arrival to make appointments to assure availability of services. Requests for male or female therapists are always considered, but cannot be guaranteed. Guests arriving late for scheduled appointments may not receive a full treatment. Please confirm prices while booking your appointment. Spa reservations are made on first-come first-served basis. |
