Our Open Level Yoga is a class for experienced students as well as beginners with an average fitness level. Breath is emphasized throughout this vinyasa flow practice, as well as quieting of the mind and opening of the heart. The class consists of softer poses targeting connective tissue, followed by a more active practice which stretches and strengthens the muscles themselves. The classes may include vigorous sun salutations, standing, seated and reclining poses as well as some balancing and inverted poses. Relaxation, including a guided meditation, closes each class.
